Online Retailer Ratings

One of the things consumers look for is a good online retailer. You should always support your local cigar shops, but sometimes the need calls for a online purchase. I will also be rating retailers on a very simple scale, 1-10. 1 of course being the worst and 10 being the best. This is the rating scale I use:

Price: 1-10 (Price compared to other retailers.)
Shipping: 1-10 (Price, delivery time, care.)
Quality: 1-10 (The condition of the cigars upon arrival.)
Customer Service: 1-10 (Friendliness of staff.)

All the totals will be added up and divided by 4 to give the average score of the retailer. You can find these ratings as a part of my normal blog under Purchases and acquisitions . These ratings will go up with all the details on the experience I had with them as well as details on what I acquired.
